I did some work on HT today. The current development version now has:
* Big bad bug is fixed (see warning thread)
* Protracker import (works the same as in AHX; IE once imported you still have a shitload of work to do :-)
* Optimise (similar to the optimise option in AHX, although i'm going to work on this more and try and actually beat AHX's optimise routine). AHX forever! |

I added a new command!
As all experienced AHX/HVL composers know, if you have a transposed track where a note continues playing off the end, the note switches to the new transpose value immediately.
Now, if there is an EF1 command on or after the last note in the transposed track, the transpose value will be preserved until a new note is played in that channel.
The EFx command range is now reserved for "miscellaneous flags" of which EF1 is the first (and possibly last :).
HVL mods saved with EFx commands in will have "HVL\1" as the header instead of "HVL\0". The updated replayer ignores the EFx commands for "HVL\0" modules. AHX forever! |

Cool, but you might have opened the floodgates here ;) I desperately need a command that triggers my Rexx script which dials my pizza order to Papa John's. http://syphus.untergrund.net |
