Hi,
I spent a few minutes writing a trivial, direct Linux port of the "Command line replayer for Windows, version 1.6" available in the download section. If anyone's interested, the player binary and source code is available at http://helllabs.org/hively/hively_linux_16.tar.gz.
(Ubuntu users may need to install alsa-oss and run "aoss play_hvl" to access the audio device.) |

If you get an error using this replayer "/dev/dsp file not found" you can also try using padsp from pulseaudio-utils: "padsp play_hvl file". C programmers never die, they just get cast into void. |

Wow, I am dumb. This link is alive! :D
Do you think this could be added to the download section if it is of good enough quality? Maybe someone could update it to the new version 1.8? |
