Thanks for the mention! :)
1.0-pre3 is now out!
http://lavaburn.com/files/ahxusersguide-redux-1.0pre3.pdf
It's the first print and fold version; how I intended it to be in the first place. Contains several tidy-ups and fixes.
You need to print odd pages, then flip the stack and print even pages on the reverse. I can't help with that, just experiment. I'll come up with a printing guide at some stage; I need to test it myself, too - but it's how I do all my manuals. :)
I'll be back later with more info. For now, I'd appreciate further feedback! :) -d0pefish aka. lavaburn |

I printed mine on a HP duplex printer and it all comes out fine if you set the duplexter to bind at the center of the page (shows a dotted line where the folds will be). Only issue is that there are a couple of (assuming you print this on A4 and fold to A5) double A5 pages together at the front and then again at the back of the manual - no biggie. Useful for notes pages :)
Excellent job and glad I was able to help with some info!
Hip hip horray :D http://m0d.untergrund.net/ |

When I printed and duplexed manually on my ghetto DeskJet Ink-Squirt-O-Matic, I only got blank pages at the very back end of the manual (expected).
Can't guarantee the results with a fancy auto-duplexing printer. ;)
I'm going to wait for other people's printing experiences before I start doing anything drastic with the order/layout.
I know margins might be too close to the paper edge for some printers, I intend to fix that for the next version. -d0pefish aka. lavaburn |

If anyone happens to come back here looking for that, it's now on lavaburn's untergrund account since lavaburn.com has expired:
